Structural features

1. The structure applies to a single face integrated mechanical seal with shaft sleeve clamping and fixing on the shaft, preventing interference in the course of installation.

2. The blocking water enters the pump and is transported with the medium through the impeller.

3. The mechanical seal of the structure is independent of the rotation direction, and the friction pairs are hard and hard, and wear resistance is good.

Instructions

1. When installing, lubricate the inner bore of the axle sleeve and the O-ring to facilitate installation.

2. When the mechanical seal is installed correctly, the outer O-ring and the snap ring shall be taken off before the machine being started.

3. Special attention: blocking water pressure should be higher than the pump chamber pressure of 0.1 Mpa or so, the operation should be fully blocked water for 5 minutes before starting; shutdown, should first stop, then shut off the sealing water.
